Monday 10^th October.

Today we have been on the road of our “Winds of Change” tour of the nation for 10 days. As we set off we prayed that we would have divine connections and alignments along our journey as we prayer walked our way through the towns, that we would bring an encouraging message to both those laboring for the gospel and in general in the marketplace as we are sent out on the highways and the byways to “whosever would come”. We are very encouraged already as we see that the gospel is very much alive in rural Queensland with people from different denominations gathering for bible studies in the smallest of towns.

In 2007, The LORD gave me a promise from Haggai Chapter 2.  It was on September 24^th. My bible opened to Haggai Chapter 2 on this day and my eyes fell on verse 18 where I started reading.

18: “Consider now from this day onward, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, from the day that the foundation of the LORD’S temple was laid, consider it.

19: “‘IS THE SEED STILL IN THE BARN?

(Capitals for emphasis as this phrase spoke loudly into my spirit)

As yet, the vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree have not yielded fruit. But from this day I will bless you.’”

20: And again the word of The LORD came to Haggai on the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month saying,

21: “Speak to Zerubbabel, “governor of Judah saying:

“I will shake the heaven and earth.

22: I WILL OVERTHROW THE THRONE OF KINGDOMS:

I will destroy by the strength of Gentile kingdoms.

I will overthrow the chariots

And those who ride in them;

The horses and their riders shall come down,
Everyone by his brother.

23: In that day, says The LORD of hosts, (THE LORD of angel armies my interpretation),

I will take you Zerubbabel My servant, the son of SHEALTIEL, (Shealtiel means “I asked God for this child”) ‘says the Lord, and will make you like a signet ring; for I have chosen you says The LORD of Hosts”

I knew that it spoke of God raising up a spiritual government that would challenge the “powers and principalities” which rule over earthly kingdoms.

I happen to believe that we began that “shaking” period in late 2019, or early 2020 with the introduction of COVID.

The reason I say that is because in January of 2019, The LORD spoke to me whilst I was approaching Number 1 Collins street in Melbourne, as I was prayer walking Melbourne. He said, “I want you to go to Baltimore (USA) to FLUSH THE RATS OUT.”

It is how The Lord has spoken to me since around 2012. He speaks to me in what I call a ‘One liner’ or quite often in a line out of a song.

My geographical knowledge of the USA was fairly poor so I had no idea where Baltimore was or its strategic role in the governance of the USA.

The only grid I had was a song from the movie “Hairspray” which I hadn’t seen.

We booked the tickets to the USA shortly after hearing the direction of The LORD and the following March we flew out of Australia to arrive in Washington just as everything was shutting down because of the “outbreak” of covid.

It was perfect for us as we had the city to ourselves to walk around without attention being drawn, we were free to sing, shout declare, and decree as we were led around the city.

The LORD initially directed my intercessory partner, Debbie, from Elgin Illinois, and myself to go to the World Trade Centre before sunrise to pray. We had felt we should be there at 5:15 am but we hadn’t deliberately timed our walk.

We arrived right at 5:15 which we believe speaks of Acts 5:15. That is the Glory for which we contend. It is the glory of God manifested in and through His disciples.

Acts 5:15 say “so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches that at least the shadow of Peter passing, by might fall on some of them”

We believe that this anticipated next “wave”, “outpouring”, Awakening” will be marked by signs, wonders and miracles, that there will be a generation “that will do the greater works” as spoken of by Jesus Himself.

We live in expectation of this great outpouring of His Spirit on all flesh as spoken by the prophet Joel and again reiterated in Acts Chapter 2.

At the World Trade Centre in Baltimore, we decreed the great shaking as prophesied by Haggai 2, we declared Jesus as “The Cornerstone”. We dropped a plumbline as we called forth the rebuilding of the temple not made of human hands but of living stones calling them to alignment with THE WORD, JESUS, and we called forth the Capstone (JESUS) with shouts of GRACE. GRACE.

Shortly afterward we walked around the portside where there stood a statue of Columbus (“THE FATHER OF SLAVERY”) and my partner decreed that the statue idol would be cast into the bottom of the sea.

Unknown to us at the time, the Columbus statue was the oldest of all the statues of Columbus in the USA. It represented much of the imperfect, corruption in the foundations. Slavery is an abomination to The LORD.

Shortly afterward (in April 2021) after we returned home to Australia, we heard that the statue had been pushed by a “Black Lives Matter” group of protestors into the bottom of the harbor.

It was a confirmation to us that indeed God was shaking the nations from the foundations to the core.

Later the same morning I was led to go to John Hopkins University to pray. I had no idea that it was the origin of the research study of the COVID virus.

Just a few days later I researched the Covid virus on the internet to see if I could find anything. Lo and behold I read a medical journal article about the research study that was started at John Hopkins University in relation to Covid. As I recall, the study was published in 2015, At the time I was not to know just how global, the impact of the “COVID” virus was to shake the world.

I truly believe that “The Shaking” spoken about in Haggai Chapter 2, began around that time,

The kingdom of this world may be about resetting the world, but God has His Great Reset, and He too has “a hidden hand”. His righteous Right arm is moving to disarm the powers and principalities that are playing their last hand at the aim of taking out this “millennial” generation.

I believe we are poised to see the Greatest move of the Holy Ghost upon the planet to arrest a generation who will cry out as the kingdoms of this world come crashing down.

Why do I tell this story?

I believe that now it is time to prophesy to the seed in the land. A seed does not die but it carries the blueprints for perfect replication and multiplication when the right conditions come around.

As we travel around the land, we prophesy to the dry bones; we prophesy to the seed, to the DNA, created in the image of God that is in the peoples and the land. We call for the “rain of righteousness” from heaven to be poured out upon that seed.

In the books of heaven, there are yet unrealized endings, fulfillment of destinies in bloodlines of every tribe, tongue and nation on the earth that was written in the DNA before the foundation of the earth.

The Word says that “we were in Him before the foundation of the earth”. We were an expression of God Himself knit together wonderfully in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139).

We call forth the righteous judgments of God to come, for His vengeance on the powers and principalities that have had jurisdiction over towns, cities, and regions and have held captive the people by a corrupt power structure. We pray for restoration of the years that have been lost, cheated, stolen, or even squandered because of loss of identity.

We pray for mercy.

We pray for restitution and recompense

All for the Kingdom and The Glory of the One, slain from the foundation of the world who has paid the price in His Blood for the restoration of all things unto Himself.

We believe that we are at that time in History, days like Noah, when God can no longer look on the assault on a DNA of a generation, The seed of The Millennials.

And so, we cry “THY KINGDOM COME. THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN”
